Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, or e-mail. Please include the telephone number of the recipient on all orders and your preferred method of payment. Payment may be made by check or bank transfer. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Credit card orders are also accepted (Visa and Mastercard).

Shipment is by Federal Express overnight priority. Shipping charges depend upon location but are typically $25 for domestic (United States) shipping.
